Last updated: May 22, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with BrandBot when you purchase, subscribe to, or otherwise engage with our products and commercial offerings. By completing a purchase or activating a subscription, you agree to these Terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Parties and definitions
"Company" means BrandBot and its affiliates. "Customer" or "you" means the individual or business entity registering for or purchasing services. "Services" means software subscriptions, credits, API access, whitelabel rights, training, and related support.
2. Orders and pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change published prices for future billing cycles with reasonable notice where required.
3. Subscription term
Unless specified at checkout, annual software and service subscriptions remain valid for one year from the date of purchase. Monthly or credit-based products follow the validity period shown in your account or invoice.
4. License grant
Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the subscribed features for your internal business purposes during the subscription term. Resale, sublicensing, or unauthorized redistribution of the platform is prohibited unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Whitelabel and reseller arrangements
Whitelabel and reseller customers must comply with separate commercial terms, branding guidelines, and approval processes. You remain responsible for your end users' compliance with applicable laws and our acceptable use standards.
6. Invoicing and taxes
GST and other statutory taxes apply as per Indian law where relevant. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and GST registration details. Invoices are issued electronically and constitute proof of purchase.
7. Support and service levels
Standard support is provided through designated channels during business hours unless a premium support plan applies. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access except where a written SLA explicitly states otherwise.
8. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential business, technical, and pricing information received from the other and to use it only for purposes related to the Services.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction.
11. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any order-specific documentation, constitute the entire agreement regarding commercial use of our offerings.
