Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern access to and use of the BrandBot platform, including web applications, mobile experiences, APIs, and integrated features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these ToS.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and authorized to bind your business entity. You agree that registration information is accurate and kept up to date.

2. Account security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, OTP devices, and API tokens. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts showing signs of compromise.

3. Permitted use

You may use the platform to manage legitimate business operations including staff attendance, customer engagement, digital presence, and communications configured within your subscription. You must comply with applicable laws, including telecom, data protection, and anti-spam regulations.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages or violate WhatsApp or carrier policies
• Upload malware, scrape systems without permission, or attempt unauthorized access
• Impersonate others or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use the service to store or transmit unlawful, harassing, or discriminatory content
• Circumvent usage limits, credit meters, or technical access controls

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate the service. You warrant that you have all rights necessary for the content you publish through catalogues, forms, templates, and review flows.

6. Third-party services

Integrations with WhatsApp, payment gateways, maps, cloud AI, and other third parties are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes imposed by those providers.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, trademarks, documentation, and underlying software remain our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service during an active subscription.

8. Service modifications

We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Material adverse changes to paid features during an active prepaid term will be handled consistent with our Refund Policy where applicable.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these ToS, non-payment, legal requirements, or risk to platform integrity. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for claims arising from use of the service is limited to the greater of amounts paid by you in the three months before the claim or one thousand Indian Rupees, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your violation of these ToS, or your violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Related policies

Your use is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Personal Data Processing Agreement where applicable.

14. Changes and contact
